Thank you for choosing FAB 2 GO Makeup Artistry to bring out the FAB in you!

 

It is my utmost priority to make your FAB 2 GO experience a FABULOUS one. So here are a few formalities I'd like to share with you to ensure each client receives the professional service they deserve.  

 

Cancellations

You will receive a confirmation call / email 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior or ASAP!  

 

No Shows

If you are not present or ready to receive your makeup service upon time of arrival, you will be allowed a 15 minute window. After which time your appointment will be canceled. You may reschedule at this time but a $15 service fee will be added for coming out the first time.  

 

Refunds

-Deposits are nonrefundable.

-If the total amount has already been paid, a refund will be issued minus the deposit within 5 business days.  

 

Forms of Payment

-For your convenience, most credit and debit cards are accepted for payment and deposits. You can safely make your payments on the website by clicking on PayNow and enter the required amount. Your payment will be processed by PayPal, the world leader in the industry.

-Invoices can also be sent upon request with the option and a link to pay with a credit or debit card using  PayPal. 

-Other types of payments are also accepted in the form of CASH or MONEY ORDER. Sorry, NO PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED. 

 

Individual Clients

Full payment is due before the appointment date. No payments will be accepted the day of the appointment but tips are greatly appreciated!

-Appointments made within 30 days of the appointment date will require the full payment within 3 days of booking the appointment to secure the appointment date.

-Appointments made 30+ days prior to the appointment date will require a 50% deposit within 3 days of booking the appointment to secure the appointment date and the balance is due before the appointmnet date.

 

For Weddings / Large Events

A 50% deposit is required within 3 days of contract signing to secure the date and the balance is due a week prior to the date of the event. For out of town appointments, balance, hotel, and travel expenses must be paid a week prior to appointment / event date.
